What is your PR in XC so far?

What are your college plans, if you have them figured out?

I plan on running cross country and track in college while majoring in accounting. I hope to get my certifications later to become a forensic account! 

What's your most memorable race or race you're most proud of?

Hall County Championship 2025

What is your favorite meet in cross country season and why?

My favorite meet is the airport race or Pickens. They are both PR courses and fun to run! 

What has been your biggest challenge in high school or what has been the hardest obstacle to overcome?

Staying motivated when injured 

What is your daily/weekly mileage like?

Weekly mileage ranges from 30-35 miles 

What do you think is the biggest part of training that has helped you achieve success?

Coach Wes

What is your all time favorite workout?

Whistle workout 

What is your least favorite or hardest workout?

Varsity hill

What is your favorite pre-race meal?
Pasta 

Who do you have to thank for your success?
First of all, I want to thank God for giving me this talent and passion for this sport! I also want to thank my coaches and teammates for all the support and work they put into this program! 

Who do you look up to most in your event?
I looked up to Sarah Bowling

What gets you pumped up for a workout or race?

My teammates supporting each other with positive words 

What will you miss the most about high school?

I will miss all the memories with my teammates and coaches! 

What advice would you give your younger self?
Trust God’s plan and his timing!
